General Council
The General Council is the guardian of the Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the institute. Any alteration, extension or abridgment of MoA shall require a three-fifth-majority decision taken in Special General Meeting of the Council. General Council consists of all ordinary and honorary members of the institute. The sponsoring/initiating members are the ordinary members of the institute.
